Job Summary
The Software Engineer III is responsible for setting up, managing, and enhancing applications and cloud systems, while also spearheading Level 1 and Level 2 production support using Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) methods. This role involves close collaboration with engineering teams to establish deployment pipelines and enhance both system visibility and dependability.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain applications along with cloud infrastructure.
- Lead production support at Level 1 and Level 2 utilizing SRE practices.
- Work alongside engineering teams to create and implement effective deployment pipelines.
- Enhance system observability to ensure greater reliability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in software engineering.
- Strong understanding and application of site reliability engineering principles.
- Proficiency in AWS and programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Excellent debugging skills within distributed systems.
