Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Orthopedic Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a dedicated team specializing in orthopedic trauma, hand injuries, and total joint replacements for the knee, hip, and shoulder. This position is located in Council Bluffs, Iowa, just moments away from Omaha, NE, and requires on-site work.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care in the management of patients with orthopedic conditions.
- Assist in surgical procedures related to orthopedic trauma and joint replacements.
- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in patient education and counseling regarding surgical options and rehabilitation.
Qualifications
- Current certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience in orthopedic practice is highly preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
