**Job Title: General Maintenance Technician**
As a General Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for conducting general upkeep, painting, and repair work on various surfaces, furniture, and soft furnishings across the resort. You will keep precise records of completed maintenance tasks and contribute to the preventative maintenance initiatives of the property. Ideal candidates should possess experience in painting or carpentry, along with a solid understanding of general home repairs, including electrical and plumbing work. This position calls for a meticulous individual who can lift up to 50 lbs and is willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
