Job Summary
The Lead Clinical Research Associate position is an integral role within a privately owned, global Contract Research Organization (CRO). In this role, you will take on a leadership position, overseeing various aspects of clinical research studies, including the management, reconciliation, and return of all Investigational Products and the overall conduct of clinical trials.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor clinical research teams to ensure high-quality study execution.
- Oversee the management and tracking of Investigational Products and ensure compliance throughout the clinical study lifecycle.
- Coordinate with external partners and ensure alignment with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of study data and findings.
Qualifications
- A background in a relevant field such as Medicine (MD), Pharmacy (MPharm), Nursing (RN), or a degree from an accredited College/University.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage clinical teams effectively.
- Demonstrated understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory guidelines.
