Job Summary
The organization is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing in OBGYN and Fertility to join their team in Clackamas, Oregon. This role entails providing comprehensive healthcare services with a focus on women’s reproductive health, conducting diagnostic studies, and prescribing medications under the supervision of a physician. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to optimizing patient care and ensuring compliance with state licensing regulations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and health evaluations for patients.
- Order and manage medications as part of the treatment plan.
- Work collaboratively under the guidance of a physician to provide patient care.
- Contribute to the development of NP/PA float procedures and protocols.
- Ensure adherence to state licensing requirements for practice.
Qualifications
- Possession of a current Registered Nurse License in Oregon, to be obtained within six months of hire.
- Alternatively, a valid Physician Assistant license is required.
- Experience or training in OBGYN and fertility is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction.
