Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced technical assistance for IT issues.
- Support and enhance the organization’s cybersecurity policies and implementations.
- Facilitate computer network troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Manage multimedia audio-video systems and infrastructure cabling.
- Oversee the administration of Office 365 and server operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Server 2012 or newer operating systems.
- Experience in providing IT support aligned with HIPAA regulations.
- A solid background in computer network support.
- Hands-on experience with IT equipment and systems.
