Job Summary
We are seeking either a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or a Registered Nurse (RN) who will provide comprehensive nursing care to our patients. The successful candidate will support the healthcare team in delivering quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of the nursing unit.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and assess their condition promptly.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to establish care plans.
- Educate patients and families about health management and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulations.
- Assist in the coordination of patient care within the healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse.
