Job Summary
The Senior Accountant position, based in Burlington, Massachusetts, offers an opportunity to be part of our Finance team on an onsite basis. This role involves managing and enhancing the financial infrastructure as well as contributing to asset development, operation, and divestiture processes. The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of financial records and supporting essential financial activities including audits and tax return preparations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain precise financial records and oversee the integrity of financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation and completion of financial statement audits.
- Support the preparation of tax returns for compliance and accuracy.
- Identify and implement improvements to the internal control framework.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Ability to analyze financial data and assist in strategic decision-making.
