Job Summary
The Registered Nurse will deliver exceptional patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for individuals. This position plays a vital role in ensuring patient safety and satisfaction while collaborating with the healthcare team to facilitate optimal health outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and obtain relevant medical histories.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare personnel in developing care plans.
- Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions and care processes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in continuous education and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Associate’s degree in nursing or higher preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required, and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is preferred.
