Job Summary
The position of Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Medical Oncology and Hematology is a full-time role located in Huntley, Illinois. This role requires an onsite work arrangement and involves providing specialized care in oncology and hematology.
Responsibilities
- Administer and manage therapeutic interventions for patients in the oncology and hematology departments.
- Order and interpret laboratory tests, radiological exams, and other diagnostic procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois.
- Educational background and certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience or training in oncology and hematology is preferred.
