Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our OBGYN team in Hillsboro, Oregon. This role, available for a 32-hour work week, focuses on providing comprehensive healthcare services under the guidance of a supervising physician. The ideal candidate will be involved in various diagnostic activities and be responsible for ordering medications while meeting state licensing requirements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct health assessments and diagnostic studies.
- Order necessary medications as part of patient care.
- Collaborate with supervising physicians in various aspects of patient management.
- Assist in the development of the NP/PA Float Pool post-hire.
- Ensure compliance with state licensure standards.
Qualifications
- Must possess a Registered Nurse License (Oregon) within 6 months of hiring OR a Physician Assistant License.
- Relevant clinical experience in OBGYN or related areas is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients and healthcare teams.
