Job Summary
The Integration Specialist plays a crucial role in overseeing the management of RCM enrollment processes, including EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), ERA (Electronic Remittance Advice), EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), and eligibility connections within the network. This position is essential for maintaining secure and streamlined operations, ensuring that all data is accurate and up to date.
Responsibilities
- Manage RCM enrollment and related processes including EDI, ERA, EFT, and eligibility connections.
- Oversee password management and ensure the security of access protocols.
- Maintain precise affiliate data to support seamless integration.
- Assist with administrative integration tasks and facilitate provider onboarding activities.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with ERA, EDI, and EFT enrollment processes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet.
- Excellent organizational skills and effective communication abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality.
