Job Summary
The Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (MDS) plays a crucial role in overseeing patient assessments within a healthcare facility. This position is essential for ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards related to patient evaluation and care plans. The RNAC will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes through effective assessment and documentation practices.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients required for Minimum Data Set (MDS) submissions.
