Job Summary
The Asphalt Plant Operator is responsible for the operation and maintenance of asphalt production equipment. This role ensures that the production of asphalt materials meets quality standards and project specifications while adhering to safety guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor asphalt plant machinery to ensure efficient production.
- Conduct regular inspections and perform maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns.
- Adjust equipment settings based on production needs and material types.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in machinery operation preferred.
- Experience in operating asphalt plants or related heavy machinery is an advantage.
