Job Summary
The Machine Operator Leader plays a vital role in the manufacturing process at our facility in Highgate Springs, Vermont. The primary function of this position is to oversee the sourcing, production, and delivery of essential products that support our customers’ needs. This includes working with various machinery and tools to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the activities of machine operators to ensure efficient production workflows.
- Utilize standard maintenance tools, including power tools, to perform necessary upkeep of equipment.
- Interpret and work from electrical schematics, blueprints, and operational manuals.
- Operate forklifts and ensure safe handling of materials within the facility.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and enhance productivity.
