Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced EPIC Certified Systems Analyst Senior to become an essential part of the EPIC Revenue Cycle team. In this role, you will oversee intricate IT projects and products to ensure they align with the business requirements of Inova Health System, utilizing the EpicCare solution to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage and drive complex IT projects within the EPIC Revenue Cycle.
- Analyze and tailor solutions using the EpicCare system to satisfy business needs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as 4 years of relevant professional work.
- Certification in EPIC systems is required.
- Proven experience in managing IT projects, particularly within the healthcare domain.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and implement effective solutions.
