Job Summary
The role involves the creation and upkeep of precise statistical Sales to Retail (STR) forecasts for a designated region by utilizing advanced analytical techniques. Additionally, it requires contribution to the development and execution of demand planning tools, while also providing crucial reporting to enhance supply chain and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) procedures.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate STR forecasts through advanced analytics for a specific geographic area.
- Assist in the design and rollout of demand planning tools.
- Provide key reporting to support supply chain operations and S&OP strategies.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience of 4 years.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in forecasting or supply chain management.
- Strong proficiency in programming and analytical tools, including Python, SQL, BI software, and advanced Excel skills.
