Responsibilities
- Provide financial oversight for the division, ensuring accuracy and compliance in accounting operations.
- Manage day-to-day accounting processes and implement effective cost accounting practices.
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard the division’s financial assets.
- Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate annual audits and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Support the financial planning and analysis processes for complex operating units.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a financial oversight role, particularly as a Controller or in a similar capacity.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including cost accounting.
- Expertise in internal controls and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with auditors and various stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
