Job Summary
The Principal Atlassian Systems Engineer will play a pivotal role in enhancing organizational operations through effective utilization of Atlassian tools. The individual will focus on creating and managing plugins with the Atlassian SDK, developing efficient API integrations, and configuring environments and system tasks. This position is based onsite in Annapolis Junction, Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement plugins leveraging the Atlassian SDK.
- Create and maintain seamless API integrations.
- Manage environment configuration and system administration tasks.
- Utilize automation tools such as Ansible for efficient infrastructure management.
- Engage in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization.
Qualifications
- Experience in applying intelligence solutions in systems engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; a Master’s Degree is preferred.
- Proficient in tools and methodologies associated with Atlassian products.
- Strong background in DevOps and automation techniques.
