Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Full Time Clinician, specifically a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, to join CVS Health® in Nevada. In this role, you will deliver in-home health evaluations, creating a personalized connection with patients while addressing their health inquiries. The position will involve thorough assessments, including reviews of medication and medical history along with physical evaluations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive in-home health evaluations for patients.
- Engage with patients on a one-on-one basis to address health-related questions.
- Review patients’ medication and medical history thoroughly.
- Perform physical evaluations as necessary.
Qualifications
- Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Strong background in conducting health assessments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for patient engagement.
- Ability to work independently in a home health setting.
