Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician II plays a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functionality and upkeep of facilities and equipment. This position involves performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs to maintain operational efficiency within the organization. The technician will also support various projects related to facility improvements and modifications.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on machinery to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure safe operation.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and upgrading existing systems.

Qualifications

- Availability to work on-call or overtime as needed, including weekends and holidays.
