Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled RN – Registered Nurse for our Operating Room (OR) team in Fort Worth, Texas. This on-site position requires a passionate individual ready to take on the challenges of a dynamic surgical environment. The successful candidate will join Alliance Medical Staffing and will be involved in patient care within the operating room setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
- Assist in preparing the operating room and ensuring all necessary instruments and supplies are ready.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and overall condition during surgery.
- Collaborate with surgeons and other medical team members to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Document patient care and any changes in their condition accurately and efficiently.
- Engage in ongoing education and training to maintain best practices in nursing and surgical care.
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
- Prior experience in an operating room or surgical nursing setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required.
