Job Summary
A rapidly expanding biotech firm focused on disorders of the central nervous system is on the lookout for a Lead Clinical Research Associate. This fully remote position within the US involves overseeing 2-3 clinical sites while offering guidance and leadership to other Clinical Research Associates involved in various studies.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the activities at multiple clinical study sites.
- Provide direction and leadership to Clinical Research Associates working under your supervision.
- Ensure compliance with regulation standards and quality assurance protocols throughout clinical trials.
- Facilitate effective communication between study teams and stakeholders.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members and research associates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in clinical research, particularly in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Background in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
