Job Summary
BJC HealthCare is in search of a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) in the Operating Room to join our team at the Washington University Medical Center in Saint Louis, Missouri. This position offers a competitive hourly wage between $32 and $48, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including tuition assistance for continued education.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the operating room environment.
- Collaborate closely with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient safety and comfort.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond effectively during surgical procedures.
- Assist with the maintenance of surgical instruments and equipment.
- Educate patients and their families about postoperative care.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Missouri.
- Previous experience in an operating room or surgical setting is preferred.
