Responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate with maintenance and engineering vendors.
- Notify the Property Manager of any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
- Assist in the preparation of apartments for occupancy during unit turnovers.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs as required.
Qualifications
- Experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline may be considered.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively.
- Must be adaptable and ready to handle various maintenance tasks.
