Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team in Tallahassee, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing intricate civil litigation cases, particularly in the areas of Medical Malpractice and/or Nursing Home Abuse. This role requires hands-on experience dealing with complex legal matters and contributing to the preparation and management of litigation documentation.
Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with a variety of legal tasks related to litigation.
- Draft and prepare various legal documents and pleadings required for ongoing cases.
- Manage case files and ensure all documentation is properly organized and filed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Litigation Paralegal with a focus on civil litigation.
- Expertise in Medical Malpractice and/or Nursing Home Abuse cases is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
