Job Summary
The Machine Operator Leader will oversee the manufacturing processes in Swanton, Vermont. This role involves collaborating with various teams to produce essential products while ensuring efficiency and quality. The individual will operate and maintain standard machinery and equipment critical to the manufacturing line.
Responsibilities
- Lead the production team in sourcing, creating, and delivering essential products.
- Utilize and maintain machinery, including conveyors, gear reducers, and bearings.
- Employ standard maintenance tools and equipment for operational effectiveness.
- Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and operation manuals effectively.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
Qualifications

- Ability to understand and apply electrical schematics and blueprints.
