Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to become part of our dynamic surgical team in Kansas City, Missouri. This onsite position offers an exceptional sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 and relocation assistance on a case-by-case basis. The ideal candidate will bring their expertise to ensure safe and effective patient care in the operating room setting.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and IV therapy prior to surgical procedures.
- Actively participate in surgical operations, providing crucial support to the surgical team.
- Maintain a sterile environment and uphold patient safety standards throughout the surgical process.
- Monitor patients during and after anesthesia, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing.
- Collaborate with other nursing staff and healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Missouri.
- Previous experience in an operating room or surgical nursing setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pre-operative and post-operative care practices.
