Job Summary
The Lead Senior State Tax Analyst will play a crucial role in executing state tax strategies, focusing primarily on effective implementation. This position entails providing guidance and training to junior analysts, ensuring that the team operates efficiently and learns from one another’s experiences.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of state tax strategies.
- Mentor and coach less experienced analysts.
- Provide training and leadership to team members.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in public accounting, corporate tax, and/or accounting.
- Experience with a department of revenue is preferred.
- A High School Diploma or GED is acceptable alongside relevant experience.
