Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Oversee structural design projects from conception through completion.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored engineering solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Contribute to business development efforts and expand the firm’s presence in the region.
Qualifications
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s Degree is advantageous).
- Equivalent qualifications in Architectural Engineering will also be considered.
- Extensive experience in structural engineering is essential.
- Strong leadership and communication skills are required to effectively manage the team and projects.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
