Job Summary
The Scientist 1 position in QC Chemistry at our Holly Springs, North Carolina location involves working onsite in a laboratory environment. The role requires a strong foundation in chemistry or related scientific disciplines, paired with hands-on experience in quality control processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory tests to analyze chemical and biological samples.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and document all findings accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and quality assurance.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biological Sciences, Engineering, or a similar scientific discipline with over 5 years of relevant experience; OR
- Master’s degree in the same fields with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of quality control processes and laboratory protocols.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
