Job Summary
The Mechanical Engineer for the Tower & Launch Mount, associated with the Starship program located in Cape Canaveral, Florida, plays a crucial role in advancing human exploration of Mars. This position focuses on the development and integrity of the primary and secondary structures of launch mounts, along with associated systems and processes.
Responsibilities
- Design and evaluate the primary and secondary structural components of the launch mount.
- Oversee the fixturing processes related to the structures.
- Implement various welding techniques applied in large part construction.
- Ensure the proper construction of structures, which could involve civil, naval, or mechanical engineering principles.
- Engage in designing and/or managing pressurized systems related to the launch processes.

- Experience in welding and structural construction methods.
