Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our long-term care and rehabilitation facility located in Brooklyn, New York. This position requires an onsite presence as part of our skilled nursing team.
Responsibilities
- Accurately document residents’ medical histories.
- Monitor vital signs and assist with basic medical procedures.
- Administer wound care, including cleaning and dressing wounds.
- Provide support and assistance to residents with their healthcare needs.
Qualifications
- Current and valid nursing license as either an RN or LPN.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team.
- Experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
