Job Summary
The Field Service Technician – Applied Air position is based in Waltham, Massachusetts, and requires a hands-on approach to support our high-quality product offerings. This role focuses on onsite installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The technician will collaborate closely with Parts or Sales Engineers and will involve travel as part of the job duties. This position can be salaried or hourly, depending on candidate experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Perform onsite installations of equipment and systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment is operating at peak efficiency.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to technical problems encountered by clients.
- Coordinate with Parts and Sales Engineers to address client needs and support sales processes.
- Travel to various locations as required to provide service and support.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a field service technician role or a relevant technical background.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and technical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
