Job Summary
The Senior Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the optimal functioning of machinery in a manufacturing environment located in Mount Vernon, Ohio. This position involves working onsite during night shifts from Monday to Thursday.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair CNC machines and related equipment.
- Ensure adherence to manufacturing practices including ISO standards, safety protocols, and quality measures.
- Utilize forklifts and other machinery for operations as required.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of equipment to prevent downtime.
- Rebuild and restore CNC machine tools to ensure peak performance.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in operating, servicing, or reconditioning CNC machine tools.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing practices and safety standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing setting with a focus on team collaboration.
- Willingness to work night shifts as part of the operational requirements.
