Job Summary
We are seeking a Controller to spearhead the accounting operations at BioIntelliSense in the evolving landscape of healthcare. In this vital role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, managing cash flows, and establishing robust internal controls in collaboration with external auditors and tax consultants, as well as providing insights to the CEO and Board of Directors.
Responsibilities
- Lead the accounting function and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee cash management and optimize financial performance.
- Develop and document internal controls and accounting procedures.
- Serve as a key liaison with external auditors and tax advisors.
- Provide financial insights and guidance to the CEO and Board.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a venture-backed or private equity-backed environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders.
