Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team on a PRN basis for in-home health assessments in Fort Kent, Maine. Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home health assessments for patients.
- Evaluate patient health needs and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide health education to patients and families.

Qualifications
