Job Summary
The Structural Engineer (SE – Civil/Truss) position at Alpine, a part of ITW, is crucial in delivering outstanding building solutions. This role requires expertise in structural engineering as well as a commitment to the overall success of projects from inception through implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage structural engineering projects, ensuring they meet required standards and specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and design recommendations in the areas of civil and truss engineering.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to refine project objectives and deliverables.
- Perform structural analysis and design calculations for various structures.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations in engineering practices.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Structural Engineer (SE) license or be a Professional Engineer (PE) actively pursuing licensure.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field is required.
- Proven experience in structural engineering, preferably within the civil and truss sectors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with team members and clients.
