Job Summary
The Clinical Research Associate is integral to the clinical research team, tasked with monitoring clinical trials to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and study protocols. This position involves working closely with various stakeholders to uphold the integrity of clinical data and contribute to the advancement of medical research.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with clinical trial protocols and regulatory standards.
- Review and evaluate clinical trial data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Facilitate communication between sponsors, investigators, and study teams.
- Document findings and generate reports regarding site performance and trial progress.
- Provide training and guidance to site personnel on study protocols and compliance issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
- Previous experience in clinical research, preferably as a Clinical Research Associate.
- Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
