This position aims to strengthen the foundation of the business by enhancing financial visibility and streamlining processes, policies, and internal controls.
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall accounting and finance operations.
- Enhance the foundation of the financial department to improve visibility.
- Refine processes, policies, and internal controls to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Coordinate tax preparation, audits, and year-end financial reporting.
- Support infrastructure development for complex financial operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a financial management role, preferably as a Controller.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Ability to implement and enforce effective financial policies and controls.
- Experience with tax, audit processes, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
