Job Summary
Webco Manufacturing is looking for a skilled Robotic Welding Machine Operator to manage robotic welding cells responsible for manufacturing high-precision sheet metal components in Alto, GA. The operator will handle various tasks including loading fixtures, ensuring the quality of welds, making necessary adjustments to programs and setups, and conducting routine maintenance to ensure optimal operation of the machines.
Responsibilities
- Operate robotic welding cells for the production of sheet metal components.
- Load and unload fixtures as part of the welding process.
- Continuously monitor the quality of welds produced.
- Make basic adjustments to programs and setups as required.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to maintain functionality.
