Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated RN – Registered Nurse specializing in the Operating Room for an exciting travel opportunity in Hilo, Hawaii. This position requires an onsite work arrangement and involves a 3-day, 12-hour shift schedule.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the operating room environment.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure best practices in patient safety and care.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions pre, during, and post-surgery.
- Educate and support patients and their families throughout the surgical process.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Current and valid RN license in the state of Hawaii.
- Strong experience in the operating room setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
