Job Summary
The Walk In Care Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant position is available for every third Saturday in Bucksport, Maine. This role involves providing healthcare services by adhering to nursing standards and regulations while ensuring patient confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering medication and therapies, as well as assisting in patient care and observation within a typical physician’s office environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in accordance with nursing practices and standards.
- Administer prescribed medication doses and therapies.
- Observe and assist in the care of patients.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Licensure is required.
- Strong understanding of nursing regulations and standards of care.
- Ability to work effectively in a clinical setting.
