Job Summary
Merck is in search of a Clinical Research Associate Manager focused on neurology to lead a team of 6 to 14 Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) in executing clinical trials. The role is pivotal in guaranteeing adherence to regulatory standards, optimizing site performance, and fostering ongoing professional development among staff, while collaborating effectively with various clinical and global stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of Clinical Research Associates in the context of neurology clinical studies.
