Job Summary
The Travel Nurse RN – Registered Nurse First Assistant will be stationed in Thousand Oaks, OR, providing essential nursing services in a dynamic healthcare environment. This position is an onsite role, where the nurse will work closely with surgical teams to ensure the smooth execution of patient surgeries and postoperative care.
Responsibilities
- Assist in surgical procedures as a registered nurse first assistant.
- Provide comprehensive patient care before, during, and after surgery.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
- Manage and document patient information accurately.
- Maintain a safe and sterile environment in the operating room.
- Adhere to all medical protocols and standards of care.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of Oregon.
- Experience in a surgical environment is preferred.
- Certification as a Registered Nurse First Assistant.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including five 8-hour shifts.
