Webco Manufacturing is seeking a dedicated Robotic Weld Machine Operator to join our team in Riverside, Missouri. This position involves working onsite to facilitate the precise fabrication of sheet metal components at our Alto, GA facility. The primary focus of this role is to set up, run, and supervise robotic welding systems, ensuring the production of top-quality metal parts according to specific customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Set up and calibrate robotic welding machines for optimal performance.
- Monitor the operation of welding cells to maintain quality standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues when necessary.
- Ensure that all production processes align with safety regulations and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance production efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in operating robotic welding equipment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of welding processes and quality assurance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
