Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Older Adult Behavioral Health team on a per diem basis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality care to older adults with behavioral health needs. You will play a vital role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical and mental health.
- Develop individualized care plans tailored to the unique needs of older adults.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about behavioral health issues and treatment options.
- Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state.
- Experience in behavioral health or geriatrics is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
