Job Summary
The Field Service Technician for the Mid-Atlantic region is responsible for ensuring that Rivian’s vehicles are maintained and repaired to high standards. This role involves working on-site in Ladson, South Carolina, while occasionally traveling to various locations as required. The technician will perform repairs with a focus on quality and safety, adhering to manufacturer guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Conduct repairs and maintenance of Rivian vehicles directly at customer sites or remotely as needed.
- Ensure all repair work meets quality and safety standards.
- Manage and procure necessary parts for repairs.
- Follow operating and maintenance instructions set by the manufacturer.
Qualifications
- Experience in field service or automotive repair is preferred.
- Ability to travel as required for servicing vehicles in various locations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
