Job Summary
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily machining and assembly operations at our Milwaukee location. This onsite role requires the individual to facilitate team performance, ensuring targets are met, while guiding a group of hourly operators. The supervisor will also play a vital role in aligning team efforts with continuous improvement goals set by the plant and divisional standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of hourly operators in the machining and assembly areas.
- Ensure production goals are achieved efficiently and effectively.
- Promote and support continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.

Qualifications
