We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time HR Generalist / Talent Acquisition Specialist to become part of our team in Plain Dealing, Louisiana. This role involves managing various human resource functions with a primary focus on coordinating recruitment efforts for supervisory positions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment process for supervisory roles, ensuring effective candidate sourcing and selection.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Facilitate the completion of necessary employment documentation, including Form I-9 and payroll forms.
- Assist in the development and communication of HR policies to ensure compliance and understanding among staff.
Qualifications
- A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various levels of staff.
- Prior experience in HR or talent acquisition is advantageous.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail in managing HR processes.
